I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of people facing the challenge of a recent or more longstanding mental health difficulty.

    As a psychologist drawing on a range of approaches, I can offer briefer interventions to support your understanding of your difficulties and empower you to make helpful changes in your life. I can also offer longer-term support to help you explore the origins of your difficulties and address more established personal patterns that are preventing you from living the life you would like.
