As a psychologist drawing on a range of approaches, I can offer briefer interventions to support your understanding of your difficulties and empower you to make helpful changes to support your wellbeing. I can also offer longer-term support to help you explore the origins of your difficulties and address more established personal patterns that are preventing you from living the life you would like.
My fees are competitive and they vary according to whether appointments are in person or online, funded privately or by insurance. I would be happy to discuss options with you.
