What I can help with
I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of people facing the challenge of a recent or more longstanding mental health difficulty.
These include but are not limited to the following:
Depression and low mood
Anxiety including panic, worry, stress and others
Low self-esteem and confidence
Grief and loss
Life transitions
Trauma and adversity
Physical health related difficulties can also affect our wellbeing and psychological therapy can be very helpful in these instances. I therefore also have an interest in working with:
Health related difficulties
Menopause and Women’s health
In addition, I offer 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching based on my training and experience in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. This is tailored to your needs and preferences and can take the form of an introductory series or a supported eight‑week formal program.
If your particular concern is not listed, please do not hesitate to get in touch to see if I could help.
As a psychologist drawing on a range of approaches, I can offer briefer interventions to support your understanding of your difficulties and empower you to make helpful changes to support your wellbeing. I can also offer longer-term support to help you explore the origins of your difficulties and address more established personal patterns that are preventing you from living the life you would like.
I strive to make therapy as accessible as possible.
Fees vary depending on whether appointments are privately funded or arranged through insurance providers, and I’m always happy to discuss options that feel manageable for you.
