In my work with individuals, I strive to offer the most helpful and effective psychological therapy possible.

In recent years, in addition to my clinical work, I was in a senior leadership role within psychological services. This entailed responsibility for Professional Leadership in support of service provision and development in a number of clinical teams. This included quality improvements alongside the provision of effective, evidence based and innovative interventions in line with local needs and national guidance. I led on staff recruitment and retention, providing both professional and clinical supervision. Furthermore, in my role I supported the training and development of students on a wide variety of courses, including the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
